The process of making an order for Hy-Line Chicks was created to ensure that it can fit the needs of any farmer - it is our mission at Bayfords Hatchery to ensure all chick farmers are accommodated. Orders for chicks can be placed via the online link, whatsapp or telephone call. We aspire to work alongside you to ensure efficiency and to also provide through every order quality chicks to place on your farm. We encourage our farmers to thoroughly peruse the "How To Order Chicks" outline below along with the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
At Bayfords Hatchery before an order for chicks is placed, it is the responsibility of the farmer to ensure that they are aware and in agreeance with all Terms & Conditions.
Famers must be registered within the federation and be willing to cooperate with the Department of Agriculture and the Taiwan Technical Mission team even after purchase of chicks.
We also reserve the right at the hatchery to reschedule or cancel orders due to Hatches not producing the necessary amount needed to complete order or any other difficulties that may occur.
Once an order if chicks is cancelled due to failure of the farmer to collect, there will be no disbursement of a refund.
To succesfully complete an order at Bayfords Hatchery. It is the responsibility of each farmer to follow each step through on the jotform to completion before submitting.
Please be advised a minimum order of 100 chicks are expected, after you have completed your order you will receive an invoice with neccessary details about the process in full, this invoice is not confirmation of your order.
Once payment is made a receipt will be generated to the farmer with scheduled date and time for collection of order, this receipt must be presented on collection day.
Payment for chicks must be made at the Department of Agriculture, La Guerite, St. Kitts (Springfield Cemetery area) in the form of cheque or cash ONLY. You must also provide your full name and phone number when making it payment.
